Yes. Most jewelry repairs — resizing, retipping prongs, restoration, and rhodium plating — are completed on-site at Mead by our bench jeweler. Watch repairs are sent to trusted specialists, so those may take a little longer.

Does Mead Jewelers do custom design?

Custom design is Mead's signature service. We design and build one-of-a-kind pieces in house, from engagement rings to redesigns of inherited jewelry, working with you from first sketch to finished piece.

Can Mead appraise or buy my jewelry?

Yes. Mead provides jewelry appraisals and also buys gold and diamonds. If you're trading toward a new piece, our trade-in program offers more credit than selling outright.
